Hide restricting from your bf? Hmmm. Well, when you see him, tell him something like, "ugh, I'm so full from..." Tell him you've already eaten. Or if he want you to eat junk with him, tell him you're not into that stuff anymore, tell him you're trying to make positive changes in your life starting with your health. My main excuse is "I'm not hungry." And why should you eat if you're not hungry?
