I just purged in the shower for the first (and I hope the last) time. :( How disgusting is that?? What am I becoming?

    I'm sorry to hear that, hun :( I've been there, I've felt the guilt and despair. If you want that to be the last time, it will be. You will always remember how shitty you felt and you'll try extra hard not to feel that again.
